With a new look and sparkle, the all-new Address Dubai Mall redefines premium luxury with its 244 ultra- modern Hotel rooms and suites, exceptional dining concepts and avant-garde wellness facilities. The world’s tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, and the tallest performing fountain, The Dubai Fountain, are mere footsteps away, as is Dubai Opera, the center stage of all arts.

Our scope included the supply, installation, testing & commissioning for GRMS based on industry standard low voltage Modbus protocol technology.

Customers can enter their room and enjoy every automated feature of the Guest Room Management system, Micromaster, without making any effort. Within guest rooms, we have considered our intelligent room controller unit with embedded IP port to achieve the control of air conditioner/light.  The use of the conventional Mechanical Card Holder for energy conservation is eliminated and replaced with a combination of a door contact and a passive infrared sensor that automatically detect the guest’s presence in the room.

In addition, the VDA system has been integrated with the DigiValet solution to offer an even more state-of-the-art services (DigiValet is a fitting centerpiece to the rooms as it integrates seamlessly with the leading brands for Guest Room Management Systems and thermostat systems like VDA). By acting on the DigiValet interface, the guest can adjust room functions according to his or her needs.

With the built-in thermostat, customers can set their own temperature preferences. The unit has an embedded temperature sensor to display and monitor the exact room temperature. Through the smart switches customers can select lighting scenarios according to their needs.

All 2- and 6-button switches provided with corona LED backlight (RGB). Intuitive operation is set with single touch mode for ‘On/Off’ function and press & hold mode for dimmer and scene functions.

DigiValet can profile a guest based on his or her in-room preferences and helps personalize his or her stay at the Hotel, significantly improving customer care management.
